First, let's all catch up on what has been going on with me. Remember Thanksgiving last year? This year was much, MUCH better, because we went here for 3 days (Why doesn't Utah have any indoor water parks? So fun.) before going to the MIL's house- where there is NO wireless anymore (darn you NETGEAR.) and the cat only clawed me once and the kids a few times. All in all a major success and now we are home safe and sound. and tired. and dirty. Enough about me, (yeah right.) how was your Thanksgiving?

As promised. A contest. Some of this is time sensitive so the winners will be announced on Tuesday, December 1st. We will have a new contest go up that day as well. (I know, it IS getting a little out of hand.)

First, Jamie Bringhurst of Studio JK Vinyl. You already know she is our fave, and designs the most amazing vinyl... I saw a bunch of you head home with her popular temple vinyl and many more wishing they could have the awesome vinyl Christmas Countdown. Megan White adds a fun new sparkle to OSS. She is almost always there, handing out samples of her delicious Choffy. Read more about it here. We had a fun joke going around for a while, that because most of us don't own coffee makers, it would be fun to go on vacation so we could use the one provided in the hotel room. ;) Then someone started pointing out you can buy a coffee maker for around ten smakaroos. Darn! GNO cancelled. Megan is giving away a sample bag, which should be just enough to get you hooked.

Amy and Wayne Bishop of BishopBuilt, Unique Home Decor, made this beautiful nativity several of my friends and neighbors took home. You should see if with the copper finish- it is amazing! In fact, I think Heidi bought one. They are giving away the nativity seen here to another lucky winner!

Side note: The Bishop Brothers (picture the boys from Seven Brides for Seven Brothers) helped Heidi and I break down the show late Saturday night, and now we need to find Seven beautiful women for them to date... any suggestions? Thanks guys, we would still be there if it wasn't for you!

Head Wraps, Live Music, & Photo Booths

Tara Thueson of Bitsy Blossoms has pulled a rabbit out of the hat, and snagged a limited quanity of this years HOT item.  These crocheted head wraps (head band, neck warmer, etc.) cannot be found, or kept in stock!  They come in a bunch of different colors, and a thick or thin version.   You can read more about them here... but run, don't walk, to the show to get yours before they are gone!

Our Wrap Up Party will be on Saturday, and Smile Now! Photobooths will be there for the entire day!  Grab your honey, or BFF and come get the uber cool classic photostrip taken of yourselves.  Read more about them here.

I did sign up my son in their Big Air class after our last show, and needless to say he loves it and begs to go twice a week. They are giving away 3 free classes.  Just the right amount to see if it is a fit for your child.  (Consider yourself warned: they will love it!)

If you want to check out the facilities while you come to the show they have open gym on Wednesday nights, 7:30pm to 8:30pm, for students 5 to 18 yrs of age and again Friday & Saturday morning, 11am to 12pm for children 12 months to 5 yrs and their Mom/Dad/Guardian etc, and then Saturday noon to 1pm for students 5-18 again. The younger Open Gyms are $10 and the older classes are $15.

Breathe- a Yoga Studio-

They share the space with Black Diamond.  They are hosting a vinyasa flow workshop with Scott Moore this Friday from 7:30-9:30 pm.  Their blog states, "The holidays can be rough. In this workshop we will explore vinyasa a fluid, fun, and invigorating sequence of asanas that will make us sweat, breathe deeply, and remind us that we can enter the holidays with grace."

I don't usually play favorites...but some of today's vendors/artisans are my absolute favorite people. I don't carry a purse, just because I am a disorganized mess and only carry my phone and a credit card in my pocket so I never have the things my friends who carry purses have- like scissors, or chap stick, or wipes, or make up, or toys, or a flashlight, or a million other things that would really help me out. Moving on- Purs'nal Pal is a little organizer for all of these things and more to fit into your purse so you can find it when you need it. Better then that- I understand some of you hip ladies have more than one purse (gasp!) and sometimes need to change them according to your outfit. Well guess what?
