Congratulations to Jack who said, "These are so cute! I love plain old fashioned names like Jane and Henry." Well, Jack- I think either of these posters would look amazing with a name like Jane or Henry! Email me and I will put you in contact with Amy so you can claim your prize.

My kids names are Matthew Isaac, Samuel Joshua, Timothy Asher, Nathaniel Anners, and Miriam Jayfit. The first name is one we like (sometimes a family name) but the middle name usually has more meaning. As an example, my daughters middle name means beautiful in Hebrew.
ReplyDeleteSo cute!! I love the idea and the colors. I really like the name Ava right now!
ReplyDeleteMy sister-in-law named her daughter Adrie Ann. I love that name! My other sister-in-law is expecting a little girl and I'd love to do one for her.
ReplyDeleteMy hubby downright begged me to name our newborn Millie. Now I absolutely adore it! Of course, it helps that she's amazingly perfect.
ReplyDeleteHow adorable! Wow...I really can't think of any names right now. Okay..here is one. Camden (for a boy or girl)

I am expecting in May. If it's a girl I am thinking LILIAN JORIS. Joris after my grandmother who passed away when my mom was young. If it's a boy, REYN after my husband who is named after Reyn Spooner (Hawaiian shirts) because my father-in-law worked for his then tiny start-up company on Oahu back in the day.
ReplyDeleteOf course, I also LOVE my kid's names: ELIZA LORELEI (LORE-E-LIE) after the siren of the Rhine River. And LUKE KALEIKINI who is named for the old Hawaiian man who told me I was having a boy and to give him a Hawaiian name in the Laiea Temple.
Whooo, long story.
Plus, I like to win stuff!
Love the name Cohen for a boy & Kennedy for a girl.

ReplyDeleteI would love something like this in my son's room! His name is Britton, and I don't know how we decided on his name, but I love it and I'm so glad we chose it!
ReplyDeleteI love that your niece has a Chinese spelling for her middle name! My cousin did the same for her daughter to honor our culture. As for favorite names, I loved Emmy and Shia for a girl before I had my girl. She didn't fit either name so we ended up naming her Isabelle which I love.
