Our Draper show this year will be held in a beautiful custom home in the heart of Draper. We made a new friend in Joanne Paulich, the agent selling the home, and were very impressed by her professionalism and despite not looking a day over 30- she has a grandbaby! Daybreak
Ah, Daybreak. I honestly love this gem of a community. I live in Herriman, but Heidi lives in Daybreak and is always raving. Did you know that the University of Utah is building a hospital in Daybreak? Also TRAX has run a line right into the heart of Daybreak and in September they will be hosting a Triathlon! Not only do they have great homes, but they have an incredible sense of community.
We will be back in the beautiful Destination Homes model homes in the North Shore Model Home Village. While you’re there, be sure to stop by the cool new North Shore Cottage information center which is located just across the quad from where the show will be held. This cute little eco friendly cottage features a smorgasbord of all things Daybreak (and if you’re nice, they might even give you a free cookie).
